Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to subscriptions, course purchases, bundles, and AI credits on EduGlobe9.

1. Subscriptions

  • You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • New subscriptions may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided usage has been minimal (for example, you have not consumed a significant share of included AI generations or mock tests).
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were charged in error.

2. Course & bundle purchases

One-time course or bundle purchases may be refunded within 7 days if you have completed less than 20% of the content. After substantial access, purchases are non-refundable.

3. AI credit packs

AI credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@eduglobe9.com from your account email with your order details and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
