• Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our course content or practice materials.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, course purchases, bundles, and AI credits are billed through our payment providers. Subscriptions renew according to the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled. Prices and features may change with notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including courses, questions, audio, and software, is owned by EduGlobe9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal study.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as essays and speaking recordings). You grant us a license to process and store your submissions to operate the Service, including AI-assisted scoring and instructor feedback.

The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee any particular exam score or result. IELTS and TOEFL are trademarks of their respective owners; EduGlobe9 is an independent preparation platform and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those organizations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduGlobe9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
